how online registration works
Just like going to a Canucks game or a concert, we use digital tickets to register each vendor for the swap meet.
- Your ticket will be delivered via email: Within minutes after your purchase, the digital ticket(s) will be emailed to each vehicle owner as listed on the registration form.
- It may land in spam/junk folder: If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
- Hold on to your ticket: On the morning of the swap meet, we will scan this ticket during staging and grant you entrance into the lot.
What are the staging details?
We will be sending updates and information leading up to the day of the show so watch your email!
Just like 2025, staging is from 6:00AM to 8:00AM at Aldergrove Community Secondary School, located at 267b Street and 29th Avenue, Aldergrove.
When you enter the school, our team will scan your pass and guide you into the lot.
